THE DINNER CLUB LIP SERVICE DINNER - LA GIARA ITALIAN RESTAURANT, back left hand corner of the Italian Forum, 27 Norton St, Leichhardt. This is a new type of dinner for those of us who have issues and are doing something about it, who are active in the courts, running their cases to win. As many of you may know I have a major case which is in the courts and I have found there are many people who also have legal issues in their lives and some of those people are active in the courts representing themselves and some are winning. Others would appreciate some help and cameraderie with others who are also learning the ropes. If you have an action or a potential action or are interested in law then these monthly LIP (Litigant in Person) Service dinner nights are for you. LIP's need to meet and mix with others so as better be able to conduct their actions succesfully in the courts and determine whether their action has merit. This will be a structured evening where you will be invited to present where you are up to in your case, if you have one. You can also use these nights to determine if you have a prospective case and if it is winnable. Come and meet others who are running and winning their actions at these Winner's Dinners. If you are involved in legal action which is serious then you can't afford to miss out on these opportunities to discuss issues and procedure with others. Spread the word if you know others who are active in the courts or are contemplating an action. For those of you who are budding law therapists and would like to help others to know how to win and see a need to assist others who have suffered injustice and need direction there is some material to read at my. Nobody knows your case like you do. You only need to know how to prepare, present and win. Remember, smart victims get paid. There is healing in the law but you have to do it yourself. We speeddate from 4pm till 5.30 and then we work out the matches (via the Love Lotto system) and if you have a match, and over half the people who come end up in a match, then you can go off to dinner in beautiful Balmain with your date for dinner at 6pm (the rule is you go halves over dinner) . If you don't get a date you meet some new friends to go out with to dinner in a group afterwards to have a nice Saturday night. There is also a dinner planned afterwards so you may wish to come to that. Also if you have other plans for Saturday night Saturday Speeddating allows you to meet someone and maybe take them with you to consolidate your new found friend/relationship. AFTER WORK BEACH AND PICNIC DAY - Palm Beach from 10.30am Join Peter “Mr Adventure” (0416 076 625) for a picnic and beach day by Pittwater in beautiful Palm Beach. We’ll meet on Sandy Beach which is by Iluka Road and just off Barrenjoey Road. BYO picnic or get a takeaway from the nearby shops and enjoy a lazy day by the water. Regular buses from Wynyard run past Iluka Road and there will be opportunities to car share. Free parking is available in Iluka Park. Give Peter a call to book. This event, which you do at your own risk, will be switched to the Newport Arms for lunch if the weather’s bad.
