Joining a singles and/or single parent association is a good way to get to know people, make new friends and have a variety of affordable activities for nearly every day of the week. Some of these groups have affiliations with branches around the country and around the world, such as Parents Without Partners, so if you travel on your own, you can have a sense of belonging to a vast circle of friends yet to be met.
