Australian peak organisation for adult and community education providers and others interested in adult learning, with international links to Asia and the Pacific. The Association's site features a calendar of events, publications, forums, and newsletters for members.

Council of Adult Education (Victoria)

As an Adult Education Institution, CAE exists to provide learning to the Victorian community through a wide range of programs and services. CAE has been doing this for over 55 years and has, during this time, adapted to meet the continually changing needs of the adult learning population. CAE is now primarily a city-based organisation with a strong focus in arts, languages and adult secondary education. CAE provides accredited courses including adult numeracy, literacy and English as a second language; adult VCE, and a range of tertiary studies. The site includes information about courses, student services, enrolments, news and the City Library service.

Tasmanian Communities Online (TCO)

The Tasmanian Communities Online Project aims to accelerate the uptake of information technology by people living in rural and regional Tasmania. It does this through the operation of Online Access Centres which provide low cost access to computers and the Internet as well as one-to-one training and assistance in their use. Tasmanian Communities Online is a program of the Government of Tasmania managed by the Department of Education. It was established with support from the Commonwealth through the Networking the Nation program of the Department of Communications Information Technology and the Arts.

UWA Extension

The University of Western Australia Extension is the largest provider of university adult and continuing education in Western Australia and has operated since the University's inception in 1913. UWA Extension advocates lifelong learning and offers quality short courses in our community and professional programmes.
